Prime Minister Abdul Hamid Dbeibeh said during the 10th meeting of the Council of Ministers, which was held today, Wednesday: “We are happy about the resumption of oil production and the return of its export, which is the first resource that would preserve our primary source of income.”

Dbeibeh added: “This comes after the change of the board of directors of the National Oil Corporation, which was made through a pure Libyan will and a full sovereign decision of the Council of Ministers.”

He also said: “This decision aims to amend the administrative and financial conditions of this prestigious institution and to ensure the preservation of the basic resources of this “great” country.”
