The Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity discusses the situation of Benghazi migrants
The Prime Minister of the National Unity, Abdul Hamid Dbeibeh, met today, Monday, with a number of migrants of the eastern region, in order to follow up on their conditions and to identify the problems and difficulties they face in light of their exceptional circumstances.
Dbeibeh also stressed that the responsibility of all the displaced and dealing with their problems lies with the government and its institutions, and that national reconciliation and reunification remain a goal that all the Libyan people aspire to.
On the other hand, the head of Dignitaries and Wisemen Council of Displaced underlined that the National Unity Government was concerned with this file unlike other governments. “We also need to increase coordination in order to address the administrative and financial conditions of a number of the displaced. This t will not be outside the state system in any direction, which guarantees the rights of all.”
At the end, Dbeibeh issued instructions to address all ministries to address the problems discussed during this meeting.
