The Minister of Labor and Rehabilitation of the Government of National Unity Ali Al-Abed signed a cooperation agreement with the Government of Dubai in the United Arab Emirates, and Mohammed Ben Rashid Academy for preparing leaders.

This came on the sidelines of the World Summit of Governments, through which the leaders of the second and third ranks of the Libyan government apparatus will be prepared.
