A source in the Audit Bureau reveals the details and reasons for suspending a number of officials at the Libyan Embassy in Italy
An official source in the Audit Bureau revealed exclusively the details of suspending a number of reserve employees from work, namely Omar Al-Tarhouni, the Libyan ambassador to Italy, Muhammad Tikka, a health attaché at the Libyan embassy in Rome, and Houyam Abu Bredaa, the head of the administrative affairs department at the embassy.
The source in the Bureau said : « This suspension came against the background of the outputs of the committee formed according to the decision of the Chief of the Diwan N° 759 of 2021 regarding the examination and audit of the accounts of the Libyan Embassy in Italy and the financial, administrative and legal violations that led to it, supported by documents and evidence, including the minutes of inference collection that were opened to all those covered abuses, including those covered by the decision to stop. »
