The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Finance for Budget Execution Affairs in the National Unity Government, Ibrahim Akra, said regarding the disbursement of the financial releases : « We and the employees are ready and able to complete them in the required time, especially in light of the availability of the first chapter that can be used to cover these releases. »

He continued : « But we need the approval and directives of the Minister of Finance. If he issues his instructions in particular, we will be able to release their salaries. »
