The Governor of the Central Bank of Libya, Siddiq Al-Kabeer held talks today with the US Undersecretary of State, Joy Hood in the capital, Washington, about cooperation programs between the Central Bank of Libya and American institutions and overcoming the difficulties for American companies to resume their work inside Libya, as well as discussing the latest developments in the consolidation of the bank and the preservation of its independence.
