The Libyan Prime Minister, Abdul Hamid Dbaiba, issued a decree on Sunday to designate four undersecretaries for Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The decree stated the designation of Muhammad Issa as an undersecretary for consular affairs, Omar Saleh for international cooperation and organizations, Muhammad Zaidan for Arab and African affairs, and Murad Hamima for European and American affairs.
