Libya’s National Oil Corporation (NOC) signed on Tuesday a consultancy service contract for oil conservation and services center with the Italian company Saipem, NOC said in a Facebook post.
The contract is for the establishment of the “Oil Center for Maintenance and Services” in Benghazi, NOC added.
