Tunisia opens land borders with Libya

The Libyan Airports Authority has announced that flights to and from Tunisia will be resumed starting November 14, after signing a health protocol.

The health protocol aims to facilitate the movement of travelers from Libya and Tunisia in both directions via land and air, adding that the protocol includes precautionary anti-coronavirus measures like wearing masks and ensuring social distance.

The air and land borders between the two countries were earlier closed to passenger traffic amid the coronavirus epidemic, and the exchange of goods proceeded mainly by sea.
