About $6 billion recorded in losses due to the closure of ports and oil fields

The National Oil Corporation (NOC) said on Sunday that the total loss, due to closure of ports and oil fields, is in the region of $6 billion, after 157 days of forced closures.

This came in a brief statement published by the NOC’s official website, without any additional information.

Libya’s National Oil Corporation declared force majeure since January 17.
