The businessman Husni Bey expected the decrease of the dollar to less than 4 LYD within a week, after achieving a remarkable jump in the last few days, reaching 4.35 LYD to 1 dollar, and 4.60 LYD in ratified instruments.

In a statement issued on his official Facebook page today, Husni Bey claimed that the central bank’s dollar exchange system will contribute to the decline of the dollar in the coming days.
