The director of the media team of the Ministry of Finance in the of National Unity Government, Omar Bseisa, said that « since the transfer of March salaries, the ministry has started preparing April’s salaries for all workers in state agencies, stressing that the Ministry of Finance is in the process of transferring the salaries of the 4th month of to the Central Bank of Libya. »

As for the children’s allowance for the second quarter of 2022, which is the 4th, 5th and 6th months, Bseisa confirmed that the Ministry of Finance had referred the total value of the allowance to the Central Bank, which in turn referred it to the account of the Ministry of Social Affairs some time ago, and it is the one who determines the date of referral to the citizens accounts .
