Husni Bey: « It is necessary to give cash support to every family to face the crisis of high prices, otherwise it is a legitimized theft »

The Libyan businessman Hosni Bey said today Monday, that cash support should be given to every family to face the crisis of high prices of basic materials, stressing that any solution other than this can’t be but a legitimate theft.

Husni Bey explained that the prices of basic materials such as flour, oil, rice, pasta, sugar, eggs, tea and coffee increased by 100%, and that the food basket for the family increased by 155 dinars per month in 2022 compared to 2019, stressing that the treatment of the crisis lies in granting support cash for families, otherwise it is a legitimized theft.
