This is what is paid annually by Haftar to the Russian Wagner company involved in Libya

The Russian Wagner has no legal presence in Russia, and this company was established in 2014 by a former Russian special forces soldier named Dmitry Utkin, while it is funded and sponsored by businessman Yevgeny Prigozhin, nicknamed Putin’s cook.

Wagner was involved in violations in Libya, according to a report prepared by United Nations experts on Libya addressed to the Security Council in March 2021, which indicated that Wagner was operating in a vague system of shell companies in order to conceal Yevgeny Prigozhin’s involvement in the violations, and Khalifa Haftar is paying them $200 million annually, according to intelligence information.
