Libya’s Prime Minister, Abdul Hamid Dbaiba, dissolved on Wednesday, June 30, the General Authority for Electricity and Renewable Energy of Libya (GAEREL) that had been established by the previous government, and returned its assets to the General Electricity Company (GECOL).
