ديوان المحاسبة يجمد الحسابات المصرفية الخاصة بإيرادات الرسوم على مبيعات النقد الأجنبي

أصدر رئيس ديوان المحاسبة بالإنابة “علاء الدين المسلاتي” قرارا يقضي بتجميد الحسابات المصرفية الخاصة بإيرادات الرسوم على مبيعات النقد الأجنبي للأعوام الثلاثة الماضية “2018 و2019 و2020” المفروضة بموجب قرار من المجلس الرئاسي لحكومة الوفاق الوطني.

وأشار القرار إلى أنه يستثنى من قرار التجميد إمكانية إحالة القيم المتبقية بالحسابات المصرفية الخاصة بإيرادات الرسوم على مبيعات النقد الأجنبي إلى حساب الاحتياطي العام وفقا لأحكام قانون الاحتياطي العام رقم 127 لسنة 1970.
