أفرجت النيابة العامة الأربعاء عن الصحفي رضا فحيل البوم بعد 12 يوما من اعتقاله وسط مناشدات محلية ودولية للإفراج عنه.

وألقي القبض على رئيس المنظمة الوطنية للإعلام المستقل، عندما كان في مطار معيتيقة قادما من تونس بعد أن شارك في تظاهرة لمنظمات المجتمع المدني بمناسبة اليوم العالمي لحقوق الإنسان انتظمت في تونس.

وأثار احتجاز فحيل ردود فعل محلية ودولية مستنكرة، معتبرة أن الاحتجاز يدل على انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان وحرية التعبير في ليبيا.
