The forecast includes scattered rains with potential thunderclouds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The center indicated that these rains could be heavy in some areas, potentially causing flooding in specific local valleys. Citizens are urged to remain vigilant and exercise caution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recently,  southwestern Libya has experienced severe weather, including heavy rains and floods.
