Among them 19 women and 3 children,&#8221; UNHCR tweeted.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&#8220;UNHCR &amp; IRC provided assistance to all survivors. Over 10,000 persons have been returned to Libya since January and sent to detention,&#8221; the UNHCR said.
