the board of directors of the General Electricity Company of Libya (GECOL) adopted\u00a0a series of resolutions\u00a0which envisage forming numerous committees in order to study\u00a0offers\u00a0proposed by Egyptian\u00a0private companies.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00a0The resolutions state\u00a0the necessity of establishing a committee that monitors Orascom, another committee that monitors Rowad, and a committee that monitors Hassan Allam.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The board of directors also decided to form a committee tasked with evaluating the submissions of the above-mentioned companies and providing a full report in\u00a0this\u00a0regard.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div
