The program hosted the&nbsp;Libyan Finance Minister&nbsp;of the&nbsp;Government of National Accord, Faraj Bumatari, who&nbsp;expressed surprise&nbsp;that&nbsp;the issue of the mentioned  resolution  has not been resolved yet.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>&#8221; Although the status of tens of thousands of employees in other sectors was settled, the&nbsp;response to the problem was flexible,&#8221; Bumtari said, pointing out that 70 thousand&nbsp;nominations within the civil service had been&nbsp;regularized<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong> Speaking about the inadequate&nbsp;employment creation within the private sector as well as the &nbsp;top-heaviness&nbsp; within the public sector, the Finance Minister stressed that they are a result&nbsp;of the subsequent governments, and the country&#8217;s economic and&nbsp;war conditions.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong> \u00a0He also considered the salaries as pensions because they do not cover the\u00a0citizens&#8217; full requirements.\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong> Bumtari stressed the need to&nbsp;figure this out file, adding that it is the wrong time&nbsp;to talk about the file&#8217;s&nbsp;legality because the employee must not be a victim.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On Tuesday, \u201cFlusna\u201d program on&nbsp;WTV Channel and Tabadul platform discussed issues related to the Resolution Number 831.
