For instance, demographic growth, development projects that will drain a lot of energy and  expected to be accomplished,&nbsp;in addition to projects that have not ended yet are the main reasons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> &#8220;We cannot excuse neither GECOL, nor the government or parliament for the ongoing power outages in a   Limited consuming country,&#8221; he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;We suffer from two main points, the first of which is the excessive consumption of energy and the second is the long-hour power cuts,&#8221; Said Bara, adding that the state monopolizes the use of force and law enforcement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Taha Bara also&nbsp;announced&nbsp;that the Economic Saloon intends to make&nbsp;accurate recommendations to GECOL and&nbsp;express its aspiration,&nbsp;including opening up to the private sector,&nbsp;reconsidering and&nbsp;restructuring the&nbsp;Statute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>During &#8220;Flusna&#8221;, a television&nbsp;programme broadcasted on WTV channel and Tabadul Platform, the legal expert and Director of the Economic Saloon, Taha Bara, denied the&nbsp;rumours&nbsp;that&nbsp;Libya is&nbsp;exporting electric power to &nbsp;neighbouring countries.
