Libya is also key to Turkey\u2019s\u00a0claims in the Eastern Mediterranean, where it hopes to become a significant energy player.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A rebound in stocks \u2014 enabled by\u00a0lower interest rates\u00a0and measures to\u00a0defend the lira\u00a0\u2014\u00a0looks fragile.
