لجنة متابعة الأحكام ضد أصول الدولة الليبية بالخارج تنظر في آلية تنفيذ أحكام إدارة القضايا

استعرض الاجتماع السابع للجنة متابعة الأحكام الصادرة ضد أصول وأموال الدولة الليبية بالخارج المنعقد أمس الخميس جملة من الأحكام المحالة إلى اللجنة من قبل إدارة القضايا للنظر في إمكانية وآلية التنفيذ.

وحضر الاجتماع  الذي انعقد بمقر وزارة العدل برئاسة وزير العدل “محمد عبد الواحد لملوم” رئيس اللجنة، كل من رئيس قسم المنازعات الخارجية بإدارة القضايا و مدير الإدارة القانونية بوزارة الخارجية ورئيس قسم متابعة القضايا بديوان المحاسبة ومدير الإدارة القانونية بمصرف ليبيا المركزي والمستشار القانوني بالمصرف الليبي الخارجي ومدير المكتب القانوني بوزارة المالية و أمين سر اللجنة .

ويذكر أن اللجنة في طور انعقادها الدوري تتعامل مع كافة الأحكام التي أصدرت فيها الهيئات التحكيمية الدولية أحكامها، والدعاوى المرفوعة ضد أصول الدولة الليبية بالخارج وفق بيان صادر بالصفحة الرسمية لوزارة العدل في فيسبوك.
