النيابة العامة تأمر بحبس 3 موظفي من مصلحة الضرائب احتياطياً لاختلاسهم مئات الألوف

أصدرت النيابة العامة اليوم السبت تعليماتها بالحبس احتياطياً لبعض موظفي مصلحة الضرائب لاختلاسهم مبالغ مالية قُدِّرت بمئات الألوف من خزينة مصلحة الضرائب؛ تحت غطاء إدراج بيانات على خلاف الحقيقة في مستندات المصلحة؛ ووضع أوراق عرفية في الدورة المستندية؛ نسبت زوراً إلى مصارف تجارية.

حيث أوضحت النيابة العامة أن التحقيق الابتدائي؛ قد رصد صحة واقع اختلاس بعض القائمين على تحصيل الضريبة لقيم مالية من الممولين المزاولين لأنشطة تجارية وصناعية وحرفية؛ وغيرها من الدخول المتولدة من مصادر أخرى تسري عليها قواعد تحصيل الضريبة.

كما أسفرت الإجراءات؛ عن إثبات واقع تحرير سندات مخالصة لم تدرج في الدورة المستندية للمصلحة؛ واستعمال صكوك مصرفية مزورة لغرض تحصيل مرتكبي الجرم منافع مادية غير مشروعة.
