تعرف على الاعتمادات المؤقتة 1/12 التي أقرها “الدبيبة” بداية أبريل الماضي

أصدر مجلس الوزراء بحكومة الوحدة الوطنية قرارا بالإذن لوزارة المالية بفتح اعتمادات شهرية مؤقتة على أساس جزء من اثنيْ عشر (1/12) من اعتمادات السنة المالية 2020.

وبحسب قانون النظام المالي للدولة ولائحة الميزانية، يجوز لرئيس الحكومة في حالِ عدم إقرار الميزانية قبل بداية السنة المالية؛ فتح اعتمادات شهرية مؤقتة على أساس واحد من اثني عشر 12/1 من اعتمادات السنة السابقة.

ونصّ قرار مجلس وزراء حكومة الوحدة الوطنية برئاسة “عبد الحميد الدبيبة” على أن يتم إعادة تقويم بنود الترتيبات المالية لعام 2020 المتعلقة باستخدامات الحكومة بالعملة الصعبة لتتوافق مع قرار المصرف المركزي بتعديل سعر الصرف.

يذكر أن قرار مجلس الوزراء بالحكومة بفتح اعتمادات شهرية مؤقتة (1/12) والذي يحمل رقم 23 لسنة 2021 صدر منذ الرابع من أبريل الماضي، مع العلم بأن الترتيبات المالية لعام 2020 التي اعتمدها المجلس الرئاسي لحكومة الوفاق الوطني بلغت قيمتها 38.5 مليار دينار.

ولا تزال حكومة الوحدة الوطنية تنتظر عقد مجلس النواب لجلسة لاعتماد الميزانية بعد تعديلها والتي خُفِّضت إلى 93.8 مليار دينار، ومن المتوقع أن تعقد جلسة البرلمان خلال الأيام القليلة القادمة.
