أعلن خبراء اقتصاد بالأمم المتحدة أن الأضرار التي لحقت بالاقتصاد العالمي الناجم عن فيروس كورونا المستجد قد تصل إلى “انخفاض قدره 50 مليار دولار” في صادرات الصناعات التحويلية في جميع أنحاء العالم، خلال شهر فبراير الماضي وحده.

وذكرت وكالة “آكي” الإيطالية للأنباء اليوم أن ذلك جاء في مذكرة لمؤتمر الأمم المتحدة للتجارة والتنمية ‘الأونكتاد’ حول تأثير فيروس كورونا على التجارة بين الدول والآثار الاقتصادية المرتبطة بالتفشي، بمختلف درجاته، الذي شهدته الكثير من دول العالم، ومن بينها الصين.

وتشير البيانات الاقتصادية الأولية التي حللها مؤتمر ‘الأونكتاد’ في جنيف إلى أن تدابير احتواء الفيروس في الصين، حيث ظهر تفشي المرض في ديسمبر الماضي، قد تسببت بالفعل في “انخفاض كبير في الإنتاج”.
