أكد الرئيس الجزائري عبد المجيد تبون في ندوة صحفية اليوم عقب لقاء جمعه بالرئيس التونسي قيس سعيد أنهم اتفقوا على أن الحل في ليبيا يجب أن يكون “ليبيا-ليبيا”، مع ضرورة ابعاد هذا البلد عن كل تدخل أجنبي، إلى جانب منع تدفق السلاح.

كما تم الاتفاق على أن تكون كل من العاصمتين  تونس والجزائر بداية للحل السلمي، من خلال عقد الاجتماعات التي ستبحث في هذا الملف، بهدف البدء في مرحلة جديدة لبناء مؤسسات تفضي إلى انتخابات وبناء الأسس الديمقراطية الليبية، شرط قبول هذا الاقتراح من طرف الأمم المتحدة أو الدول الأوربية.
