وزير النفط: نرفض بيع حصص الشركاء الأجانب لشركات أخرى ونؤكد أن بيع حصة شركة ماراثون كان برعاية “صنع الله والسرّاج”

أكد وزير النفط والغاز بحكومة الوحدة الوطنية “محمد عون” أن الوزارة لا تزال متمسكة بموقفها في رفضها لبيع حصص الشركاء الأجانب لشركات أجنبية أخرى، مشيرًا إلى أنه من الأفضل والأجدر على الدولة الليبية شراء واستثمار هذه الحصص لصالحها.

وتعليقا على تصريحات رئيس مجلس المؤسسة الوطنية للنفط “مصطفى صنع الله” والتي قال فيها إن المؤسسة لا علاقة لها بموضوع صفقة بيع شركة “هس” الأمريكية حصتها في شركة الواحة للنفط والبالغة 8.16 ‎%‎. إلى شركة “توتال الفرنسية” و”كونوكوا فلبس” الأمريكية؛ أكد الوزير “عون” بأن المؤسسة برئاسة “صنع الله” قامت عام 2019 بتبني بيع حصة شركة “ماراثون” الأميركية في شركة الواحة للنفط إلى شركة “توتال” الفرنسية بالتنسيق مع رئيس المجلس الرئاسي السابق “فائز السرّاج” دون عرضها على مجلس الوزراء، الأمر الذي يجعل هذا الإجراء من طرف رئيس المؤسسة باطلا بطلانا مطلقا، وفق ما ذكر الوزير.
