وزير الصناعة يطلب إقفال كافة المحاجر التابعة للشركة الأهلية للإسمنت المساهمة

طلب وزير الصناعة والمعادن بحكومة الوحدة الوطنية “أحمد أبوهيسة” من رئيس جهاز الشرطة الزراعية بشكل عاجل إيقاف وإقفال كافة المحاجر التابعة للشركة الأهلية للإسمنت المساهمة.

وأشار الوزير في كتابه إلى أن هذا الإقفال يأتي على خلفية مماطلة مسؤولي الشركة في تجديد عقود الاستثمار وتسوية وضعهم القانوني مع المؤسسة الوطنية للتعدين وفقا للقانون رقم 2 لسنة 1971 بشأن المناجم والمحاجر، وكذلك لتوسع الشركة غير المشروع واستنزاف ثروات البلاد بطرق غير قانونية وبمساحات كبيرة دون الحصول على الموافقة.

وأكد الوزير على ضرورة إقفال تلك المحاجر وبشكل عاجل إلى حين قيام مسؤولي الشركة الأهلية للإسمنت بتسوية وضعها القانوني.
