وزارة المالية تأمر بإغلاق حساب جهاز الإمداد الطبي ونقل أرصدته إلى الخزانة العامة

أعلنت وزارة المالية بحكومة الوفاق أنها أعطت تعليماتها بقفل الحساب المصرفي الخاص بجهاز الإمداد الطبي ونقل أرصدته إلى حسابات الخزانة العامة.

وذكرت الوزارة في بيان أنه بالإشارة إلى التقرير المبدئي بشأن تشكيل لجنة للمراجعة المالية بجهاز الإمداد الطبي ولإحكام الرقابة على الصرف بالجهاز فإن الصرف على حساب الباب الرابع “مخصصات الجهاز ” سيتم بداية من اليوم عن طريق إدارة الخزانة بوزارة المالية وعلى الجهاز التقيد بأحكام لائحة العقود الإدارية وخاصة الأحكام المنظمة لحالات التعاقد المباشر ونصوص المواد 213-314 من لائحة الميزانية والحسابات والمخازن على أن يكون الصرف 90% خارجي و10%داخلي.
