محكمة هولندية تبطل دعوى بالحجز على حسابات مليتة للنفط

أعلنت شركة مليتة للنفط والغاز، اليوم الأحد، أن محكمة أمستردام الهولندية قضت الخميس الماضي ببطلان دعوى شركة «بوش» بالحجز على حسابات «مليتة»، وفق بيان صدر بصفحتها الرسمية بفيسبوك، موضحة أن “بوش “هي إحدى الشركات المتعاقدة بالباطن مع المقاول الرئيسي «STX» المنفذ لمشروع خزان غزة العائم.

وأشارت مليتة إلى أن الحكم صدر ببطلان القضية المرفوعة، وعدم أحقية شركة بوش بالحجز على حسابات الشركة بعد عدة مداولات، وتقديم كافة المستندات والوثائق الضرورية، وتكليف مكتب محاماة قدير.
