قال الوكيل العام لوزارة الصحة “محمد هيثم عيسى” إن رؤية الوزارة خلال الربع الرابع لـ2019 تتمثل في استكمال مراحل تطبيق الحوكمة الإلكترونية على مستوى القطاع الصحي والعمل على تطبيق الحوكمة الإلكترونية بشكل نهائي مطلع العام القادم.

وأكد الوكيل العام أن تطبيق الحوكمة الإلكترونية سيحدث تحولا أساسيا على مستوى القطاع ما يحقق تطوير عمليات صنع القرار وزيادة الكفاءة والشفافية وتسريع العمليات والإجراءات وزيادة جودة الخدمات المقدمة ويتيح فرص التواصل بسلاسة بين كافة الوزارات والجهات الرقابية لتقديم الإستشارة الفنية.

واستعرض عيسى مع مديري العيادات المجمعة الذهبية التحسن الملحوظ في مستوى تقديم الخدمات الصحية بعد تفعيل المنظومات الإلكترونية الفنية والإدارية والمالية لمراقبة معدلات الأداء وتنظيم تقديم الخدمات.

كما استعرض مديرو العيادات المجمعة الذهبية الإحتياجات الدورية للعمل، كما تم توفير احتياجات العيادات بشكل فوري من خلال مزودي الخدمة المتعاقد معهم منذ افتتاح العيادات، إضافة إلى إحالة بعض البنود لجهات الإختصاص لمعالجتها وتقييمها وفق بيان صادر على صفحة وزارة الصحة بفيسبوك.
