عثر بداخله على لحوم فاسدة: غلق مطعم في طرابلس

أغلق مكتب مركز الرقابة على الأغذية والأدوية فرع طرابلس مطعم “بيروت – السياحية” ، بعد العثور على لحوم فاسدة بسبب سوء التخزين،وذلك حسب بيان المركز على صفحته الرسمية بموقع التواصل الاجتماعي فيسبوك.

ولاحظ أفراد المكتب، خلال جولة تفتيشية في المطعم، أن أواني الطهي والنظافة العامة غير جيدة، كما لا يحمل عدد من العاملين في المطعم شهادات صحية، ولا وجود لبرنامج مكافحة الآفات، إلا أن الإضاءة والتهوية جيدة وبالمثل الأمن والسلامة، حسب البيان.
