“صنع الله” يحمّل ديوان المحاسبة مسؤولية الآثار المترتبة عن عدم تسجيل العقود التي تبرمها الشركات المشغلة لقطاع النفط

حمّل رئيس مجلس إدارة المؤسسة الوطنية للنفط “مصطفى صنع الله” ديوان المحاسبة مسؤولية الآثار المترتبة عن عدم تسجيل العقود التي تبرمها الشركات المشغلة لقطاع النفط وإلغاء تلك العقود والمطالبة بتعويضات وتأخر تنفيذ المشاريع الواردة بتلك العقود.

وأشار “صنع الله” في رسالة موجهة لرئيس ديوان المحاسبة إلى أن موقف الديوان وتحذيره لمصلحة الضرائب بعدم تسجيل العقود التي تبرمها الشركات المشغلة لقطاع النفط إلا بعد إرفاق ما يفيد موافقة الديوان عليها، قد أربك المؤسسة الوطنية للنفط وشركاتها بعدما أبرمت عدة عقود بناءً على رأي إدارة القانون.

وأكد رئيس المؤسسة أن تلك العقود المبرمة مع مقاولين محليين ودوليين تضمنت العديد من الالتزامات والتي سيترتب عنها تعويض هؤلاء المقاولين عن كل الخسائر الناجمة عن عدم استكمال هذه العقود أو تأخرها، منوها إلى أن المؤسسة تعلن عدم مسؤوليتها عن النتائج المترتبة على إصرار الديوان على الرقابة المسبقة وعدم احترام رأي إدارة القانون.
