سرت: إغلاق 11 مخبزا مخالفا للشروط الصحية ووزن الرغيف

قامت لجنة مشتركة بإغلاق أحد عشر مخبزا مخالفا للشروط الصحية ووزن الرغيف بالشمع الأحمر ببلدية سرت، وذلك وفق بيان صدر بالصفحة الرسمية للبلدية بفيسبوك.

وضمت اللجنة عضو المجلس البلدي سرت ورئيس لجنة الإستثمار والإقتصاد “ابراهيم ليطان”، ومدير مكتب حماية المستهلك “صالح اجبارة” ومندوبين عن مراقبة الإقتصاد وجهاز الحرس البلدي ومأمورى الضبط والتفتيش ومندوبين عن الأجهزة الأمنية ومدير مكتب الرخص.

وقامت اللجنة بجولة الإثنين على عدد كبير من المخابز بالمنطقة، حيث تم التفتيش على الشروط الصحية ووزن رغيف الخبز والتأكد من بيع الخبز كما تم الإتفاق عليه مع أصحاب المخابز بحيث الـ 5 أرغفة بدينار.

ووفق بيان للبلدية اليوم فإن المخابز التي تم إغلاقها، هي التي لم تلتزم بالقوانين الصادرة، إذ سيتم اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية حيال أصحابها.

وطالب أفراد الحرس البلدي المواطنين بالإبلاغ عن أي مخبز غير ملتزم بالتسعيرة المحددة والوزن.
