ديوان المحاسبة: نحو إقرار مشروع قانون للمرتبات يراعي هذه التوصيات

اقترح رئيس ديوان المحاسبة “خالد شكشك” على رئيس مجلس النواب أهمية اقرار مشروع قانون للمرتبات خلال الفترة الحالية الراهنة، مشددا على ضرورة أن يراعي عددا من النقاط ومن أهمها، مراعاة امكانيات الدولة ومواردها وتقنين التفاوت في مستوى الدخل وفقا لطبيعة العمل وحجم المسؤولية ومستوى الآداء ودقة التخصص والعدالة في تساوي مداخيل الأعمال المتماثلة.

كما أشار الديوان خلال بيان أصدره على صفحته الرسمية بفيسبوك، إلى ضرورة الاستفادة من مخصصات الدعم المقررة ومعالجة اشكالية علاوة العائلة، إضافة لتحقيق اصلاحات وظيفية وعدالة اجتماعية، مشددا على ضرورة الرفع من قيمة العمل بالوظيفة العامة.
