ديوان المحاسبة الليبي: حكومة الوحدة الوطنية لم تقم بإقرار ترتيبات مالية استثنائية وفقاً للاتفاق السياسي

كشف ديوان المحاسبة بأن حكومة الوحدة الوطنية لم تصدر قرار بترتيبات مالية استثنائية وفقاً للاتفاق السياسي ولم يتم إقرار الموازنة العامة من مجلس النواب علي مشروع المقدم من الحكومة بسبب تطبيق سعر صرف جديد للدينار الليبي مقابل العملات الاجنبية بموجب قرار مصرف ليبيا المركزي بشأن تحديد سعر الصرف الدينار الليبي مقابل العملات الاخري التي نتج عنه تخفيض قيمته الي مايقارب الثلث.

وأضاف “الديوان”في تقريره بأن حكومتي “الوفاق” و”الوحدة الوطنية” أصدرتا عددا من القرارات المؤقتة بشأن اعتماد مقترح الإنفاق الحكومي وتوزيع المخصصات المالية للوحدات الإدارية العامة لتمويل هذه النفقات بإجمالي إنفاق 86 مليار دينار ودون مقابلته بالموارد المقررة.
