أعلن تيار بالتريس الشبابي تمسكه بأهم اهداف جمعة صرخة الشباب وهي التعجيل بالانتخابات الرئاسية و البرلمانية وتفويض المجلس الرئاسي لحل جميع الأجسام السياسية وإعلان حالة النفير العام وحل أزمة الكهرباء وتوضيح الحقائق للشعب وإلغاء مقترح رفع الدعم عن المحروقات وتعديل حجم وسعر رغيف الخبز وخروج جميع القوات الأجنبية والمرتزقة في شرق وغرب وجنوب البلاد.

التيار أكد أن هذه المطالب هي نتيجة الأوضاع الراهنة وخوفا من الدخول إلى نفق الفوضى وعودة الحروب الأهلية ونظرا لمحاولات التخريب والفوضى من قبل بعض الأطراف السارقة للمال العام.
