تذبذب في سير عمل منظومة المقاصة الإلكترونية

تداولت اليوم الخميس 18 أبريل 2019 صفحات التواصل الاجتماعي أخبارا عن إيقاف منظومة المقاصة الإلكترونية من قبل مصرف ليبيا المركزي جراء الاشتباكات المسلحة في مداخل طرابلس.

وفي هذا السياق أكد رئيس مجلس إدارة مصرف السراي نعمان البوري في تصريح لصحيفة صدى الاقتصادية أن منظومة المقاصة الإلكترونية تعمل بشكل طبيعي ولا توجد بها أي مشكلة .

بدورها أكدت إدارة مصرف التجارة والتنمية في تصريح للموقع ذاته أن منظومة المقاصة تعمل بشكل جيد ولا صحة للأخبار المتداولة حول إيقافها.

وفي المقابل أكدت إدارة مصرف الجمهورية الفرع الرئيسي بطرابلس لنفس الموقع أن منظومة المقاصة الإلكترونية متوقفة بالمصرف وذلك لأسباب غير معلومة.

وللتذكير فقد أوقف مصرف ليبيا المركزي المقاصة الإلكترونية عن المصارف التجارية الأسبوع الماضي  لمدة ثلاثة أيام وذلك كإجراء احترازي منعاً للتزوير والاحتيال.
