بيت المال لـ”تبادل”: قرار رصد 2 مليار دينار للبلديات غير واقعي..ولن يفعل السنة الحالية

استبعد عميد بلدية طرابلس المركز عبد الرؤوف بيت المال في تصريح لـ”تبادل” أن يتم خلال السنة الحالية 2020 تنفيذ قرار المجلس الرئاسي الذي يقضي بصرف 2 مليار دينار للبلديات، مؤكدا وجود جهات أخرى متداخلة في الموضوع يجب معرفة موقفها من القرار، متسائلا عن مدى موافة كل من المركزي ووزارة المالية على الموضوع، مشيرا إلى وجود عديد التساؤلات الهامة والكبيرة.

ووصف العميد هذه القرارات بالكلام الغير واقعي مضيفا أنها دعابة لا أكثر ، مؤكدا وجود تخبط في القرارات، متهما الدولة بغياب الالتزام في عدد من النقاط ومن بينها نقل الاختصاص للبلديات، مقرا بوجود صعوبات مالية كبيرة أمام عمل بلدية طرابلس المركز
