اتهم وزير المالية فرج بومطاري مصرف ليبيا المركزي بعرقلة مقترح ميزانية 2020 كانت تقدمت به الوزارة وعرضته على المجلس الرئاسي وديوان المحاسبة والمركزي، وذلك خلال في ندوة صحفية عقدها صباح اليوم الثلاثاء، مقرا بوجود خلل في هيكلة الدولة.

وأكد بومطاري أن ما اقترحته وزارته بشأن تخفيض مرتبات المجلس الرئاسي يقلص الفجوة بين مرتبات المواطن والمسؤول، معلنا عن تشكيل لجنة بالخصوص.
