بنغازي: افتتاح مركز الريادة للتدريب و التطوير

افتتح وزير العمل والتأهيل بالحكومة الليبية المؤقتة مسعود صوه ورئيس المجلس التسييري لبلدية بنغازي الصقر عمران بوجواري مركز الريادة للتدريب والتطوير التابعة لغرفة التجارة والصناعة والزراعة بالمدينة، وذلك على هامش إطلاق الشعار الرسمي لمبادرة رئيس مجلس وزراء الحكومة الليبية المؤقتة وخطة وزارة العمل والتأهيل 2020 عام التدريب والتطوير ورفع الكفاءة للقطاعين العام والخاص في كافة التخصصات.

وسيكون المركز الشريك الأساسي والداعم للخطط وبرامج التدريب والتطوير والتنمية البشرية في كافة التخصصات، بالاعتماد على الدورات المجانية والدورات التخصصية والحرفية والمهنية كمساهمة من غرفة التجارة والصناعة والزراعة بالمدينة في المسؤولية الاجتماعية.

واستعرضت اللجنة المختصة معايير ومواصفات مراكز التدريب وشروط وضوابط المدرب والحقيبة التدريبية، ووضعت بعض معايير الجودة للرقي بهذا المجال الذي سوف يساهم في تنمية قدرات الشباب للنهوض بجميع مؤسسات الدولة في القطاعين العام والخاص، وفق بيان صادر بالصفحة الرسمية لبلدية بنغازي على فيسبوك.

ويذكر أن حفل الافتتاح حضره رئيس مجلس إدارة غرفة التجارة والصناعة والزراعة بنغازي صالح العبيدي ورئيس الهئية العامة للتشغيل و رئيس وأعضاء اللجنة المشكلة من وزير العمل بشأن ضوابط ومعايير المراكز التدريبية.
