بمشاركة “الحبري” .. لجنة المالية بمجلس النواب تناقش مع خبراء مجلس التخطيط الوطني مقترح جدول المرتبات الموحد

ناقشت لجنة التخطيط والمالية بمجلس النواب برئاسة “عمر تنتوش” مع رئيس وخبراء مجلس التخطيط الوطني مقترح جدول المرتبات الموحد للموظفين بقطاعات الدولة وذلك خلال اجتماع عقد أمس الثلاثاء بمقر مجلس التخطيط الوطني بالعاصمة طرابلس.

وضم الاجتماع رئيس لجنة التخطيط والمالية والموازنة بمجلس النواب “عمر تنتوش” وعضويْ اللجنة “عبد المنعم بالكور” و”محمد لفيرس”، ورئيس مجلس التخطيط الوطني “مفتاح الحرير”، والمستشارين والخبراء “صلاح الدين بوغرارة” و”أشرف الكريمي” و”مصطفى أبوشعالة” و”ناصر المعرفي” و”صالح درديرة” و”مسعود أبوراوي”.

كما شارك في الاجتماع عبر تقنية الفيديو نائب محافظ مصرف ليبيا المركزي “علي الحبري”، والخبير الاقتصادي والمالي ووكيل وزارة المالية السابق “إدريس الشريف”، وأستاذ الاقتصاد بجامعة بنغازي “عبد المجيد المنصوري”، ورئيس مركز البحوث الاقتصادية ببنغازي “خالد الزايدي”.

وقد تم خلال الاجتماع مناقشة مقترح الجدول الموحد لمرتبات العاملين بالوظيفة العامة والذي سبق وأن أحيل إلى مجلس النواب لمناقشته وإصدار قانون بشأنه، وشرح أهم المواد الذي تضمنه مشروع القانون والذي يسعى من خلاله البرلمان إلى إقرار العدالة الاجتماعية ومعالجة التفاوت بين الدرجات العليا والدنيا.

وفي ختام الاجتماع اتفق الحضور على عقد جلسة حوارية بمركز البحوث الاقتصادية بمدينة بنغازي لإثراء النقاش وإبداء المزيد من الملاحظات للاسترشاد بها في البرلمان لصياغة قانون ومقترح جدول المرتبات للعاملين بالوظيفة العامة.
