بعد 6 سنوات.. ميزانية موحدة لمدة شهرين

اتفقت الأطراف المعنية بحكومتي الوفاق والمؤقتة على توحيد الميزانية لمدة شهرين، للمرة الأولى منذ ست سنوات تبعا لما أكدته البعثة الأممية للدعم في ليبيا.

هذا وأشارت البعثة في بيان لها، إلى أن الأطراف المعنية اتفقوا على ميزانية شهرين بدلاً من سنة كاملة لإتاحة المجال للسلطة التنفيذية الموحدة المشكلة حديثاً لاتخاذ قرار بشأن الميزانية الكاملة لعام 2021.

يأتي هذا الإجراء بعد قرار مجلس الوزراء في الـ 3 من فبراير الجاري بتحديد ميزانية مؤقتة لمدة شهرين، إلى جانب قرار مجلس إدارة المركزي في مطلع فبراير، والقاضي بتخصيص قرض حسن للمصارف التجارية الليبية من أجل تقليل تراكم الصكوك غير المحصلة.

هذا واعتبرت البعثة الأممية أن هذه القرارات من شأنها التأثير إيجابيا على الاقتصاد وخلق فرصة لتوحيد المؤسسات المالية الوطنية.
