تراجع الذهب في المعاملات الفورية اثنين بالمائة إلى 1498.42دولار للأوقية بحلول الساعة 10.53 بتوقيت غرينتش. حيث تراجعت العقود الأمريكية الآجلة للذهب 1.2 بالمائة إلى 1498.10 دولار للأوقية.

وهبط البلاتين 14.3 بالمائة إلى 652.71 دولار للأوقية بعد أن سجل في وقت سابق أدنى مستوى له منذ أكتوبر تشرين الأول 2002 عند 558 دولارا.

وانخفض سعر الفضة 11.7 بالمائة إلى 12.96 دولار بعد أن وصل لأدنى مستوى له منذ يوليو تموز 2009. كما انخفض البلاديوم 7.2 إلى 1675.43 دولار.

وتواجه أسعار المعادن النفيسة ضغوطا في ظل تراجع أوسع نطاقا في أسواق الأسهم مع استمرار فيروس كورونا في الانتشار ومع اضطرار بعض المستثمرين لبيع أصول لتغطية مراكز شراء بالهامش.
