بحث آلية تنفيذ الاتفاقية الأممية لمكافحة الفساد

بحث أعضاء الفريق الحكومي المكلف بتنفيذ اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الفساد، آلية تطبيق بنود الاتفاقية، خلال اجتماع موسع بحضور ومشاركة من رئيس هيئة الرقابة الإدارية سليمان الشنطي و رئيس الهيئة الوطنية لمكافحة الفساد نعمان الشيه،إلى جانب باقي الأعضاء.

ونوقش في الاجتماع الذي عقد بمقر هيئة الرقابة الإدارية في طرابلس، المعاير القانونية الخاصة بالترشح للمناصب القيادية العليا بحسب القوانين المعمول بها.

وتطرق المشاركين في اجتماع من الفريق الحكومي، الردود الواردة من مكتب الأمم المتحدة المختص بمكافحة الفساد حول 3 مواد رئيسية، من الاتفاقية الدولية، ذات صلة مباشرة بأعمال مكافحة الفساد ودور القضاء في تعزيز مواجهة جرائم الفساد.
