المجلس الرئاسي يصدر قرارا بشأن تنظيم التأمين الصحي

أصدر اليوم المجلس الرئاسي لحكومة الوفاق الوطني القرار عدد 531 لسنة 2019 المتعلق بإعادة تنظيم التأمين الصحي.

ونصّ القرار الذي نشره المجلس الرئاسي على صفحته الرسّمية على خضوع كلّ من الموظفين العمومين بما فيهم رجال القضاء والشرطة والجيش الوطني، جميع العاملين في القطاع الخاص، العاملون لحساب أنفسهم،المتقاعدين ،الأرامل والأيتام وأي فئة أخرى بقرار من مجلس الوزراء للتأمين الصحي.

كما شمل القرار الأجانب سواء المقيمين أو غير المقيمين في ليبيا.

يشار إلى أن القرار حدد تبعية المجلس الأعلى للتأمين الصحي لمجلس الوزراء حيث سيضم في عضويته مندوبين عن كل من: وزارات الصحة، والاقتصاد والصناعة، المالية، التخطيط، الشؤون الاجتماعية، بالإضافة إلى المركز الوطني لتطوير النظام الصحي، وصندوق التأمين الصحي العام ،غرفة التجارة والصناعة، واتحاد المصحات الخاصة..
