المجلس الأعلى للقضاء يعلن الاستقلال المالي الكامل للهيئات القضائية عن وزارة العدل

أعلن المجلس الأعلى للقضاء الاستقلال المالي الكامل للهيئات القضائية عن وزارة العدل بعد قراره باعتماد مذكرة إدارة التفتيش على الهيئات القضائية بالخصوص، وذلك لاستكمال وترسيخ الاستقلال القضائي الكامل عن السلطة التنفيذية.

كما قرر المجلس في جلسة عقدها اليوم الاثنين بطرابلس ووصفها بـ”التاريخية” إعادة تبعية المعهد العالي للقضاء إلى سلطة المجلس، والشروع في اتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة لوضع ذلك موضع التنفيذ وإخطار السلطات التشريعية والتنفيذية بهذا القرار.

وأكد المجلس الأعلى للقضاء أن هذا القرار يعدّ إنجاز تاريخيا، وسيكون القضاء الليبي بعد هذا القرار مستقلا استقلالا كاملا عن باقي السلطات الأخرى.
