المؤسسة الوطنية للنفط تعلن حالة القوة القاهرة بميناء الحريقة النفطي

أعلنت المؤسسة الوطنية للنفط اليوم الاثنين حالة القوة القاهرة بميناء الحريقة النفطي وتوقف عمليات إنتاج وتصدير شحنات النفط الخام عبر الميناء، وذلك بسبب رفض مصرف ليبيا المركزي تسييل ميزانية قطاع النفط لشهور طويلة.

وأوضحت المؤسسة في بيان لها بأن رفض المصرف المركزي تسييل الميزانيات للمؤسسة أدى إلى تفاقم مديونية بعض الشركات وعلى رأسها شركة الخليج العربي للنفط مما أفقدها القدرة على الوفاء بالتزاماتها المالية والفنية واضطرها لتخفيض إنتاج البلاد من النفط الخام بحوالي 280 الف برميل يوميا.

وحمّلت المؤسسة في بيانها المسؤولية القانونية الكاملة على عاتق مصرف ليبيا المركزي الذي رفض تسييل الترتيبات المالية المعتمدة وفق قرار حكومة الوفاق الوطني والمقدرة بحوالي 1.048 مليار دينار واستأثر بصرف إيرادات النفط على “الاعتمادات الوهمية” والسلع غير الضرورية، بحسب البيان.
